A few different possible meanings here:

  • He’s on his grind to get some money, dead presidents is a form of slang for money hence the presidents on the dollar bills.

  • Obviously a reference to Dead Presidents by Jay Z, which used a line by Nas as it’s chorus.

  • Also sounds like “I’m out for dead presidents, see?”

  • He wanted to be similar to 2Pac in a way, living as the president of rap immortalized by his death. Maybe, foreshadowing of his death.

Unfortunently we will never know what he actually meant.

I feel like he could’ve also meant “I’m out for dead precedence”. it would make sense since the song is called Dead Prez which sounds like “Depressed”

This chorus seems to allude to how STEEZ wanted the Pro Era movement to eventually have influence in the government. Presidency means the office of the president, so by him saying hes out for dead presidency could allude to him wanting to take down the government and rebuild a new system.
