Continuing with the theme of racial inequality, ‘Ye disapproves of getting selected for extra screening at the airport when he knows it is because of the color of his skin. Despite his wealth, he is still a target of racism.

Heightened security in airports have been argued to have led to a bias against those with Middle Eastern descent. Many people who are Middle Eastern have complained that they are stopped for additional searching more often than their white counterparts, even though they haven’t done anything wrong or suspicious.

Racial profiling in random searches extends beyond just Middle Easterners, however. Stop-and-frisk is a random searching method that has been used extensively in New York City where police officers randomly search people for evidence of wrongdoing. In 2011, 92% of people frisked were males, 87% were African American or Latino, and only 12% were found to be doing something illegal.

In 2012, an audio recording of two cops stopping and frisking an innocent African American went viral because of the racist language, violence, and disdain that the cops showed the young man.

Cirque du Soleil is a Canadian company that creates shows which often feature acrobatics based around a particular story.

Chris is alluding that his girl’s sexual prowess has grown and she is now very acrobatic and capable of new positions, like a Cirque du Soleil performer.
