13 years ago, popular boy bands like the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync were constant targets in Eminem’s lyrics; remember when he called out Chris Kirpatrick. Today, they are nowhere near as popular/relevant as they used to be… so why bother?
This is also a play on the word synch.
“No more N'Sync” here also alludes to the fact that he’s no longer in sync: he’s “out of whack” because he’s dysfunctional.
OR it could mean that he’s “out of whack” boy bands that are worth dissing.
He’s aiming for the fake Kanye, Jays, Wayne’s and the Drakes cause they ain’t. Ain’t means (is not) same as fake

Out of whack also mean he is clean of drugs. As he don’t take drugs like before he become a lot softer (Dre in “My Darling”) so he don’t attack the whack bands like he used to do back in the days with N'Sync and Backstreet Boys.
no more *NSYNC also refers ro the fact that the band is actually broken up.
