The “achoo” shows the hint of his contagious sickness that he gives off, and he is shutting down a whole group of rappers he has on a hitlist, whom have used viscious tactics to chase biscuits/money

He “crosses” dudes, confuses em. And leaves them living off soft foods because their jaws get sore from being dropped so often. (He surprised so many)
