It sounds as though he is saying “Yakub”. Yakub is the arabic version of Jacob in the bible.

Those of the Nation Of Islam believe that Yacub was an intelligent scientist that discovered that white people could come from black people.

Common even references “supreme mathematics” (another ideology derived from the Nation of Islam) on “Sweet”:
