Costco is a wholesale corporation known for it’s cheap marketing of items and selling them in bundles, usually more than what the average amount is. When he says he has a surplus of bars it means he has extra or more than he needs, like Costco.

Hot-boxing is when a person smokes marijuana in a confined space. This is in reference to a YouTube series of his aptly named “The Hot Box”, where he smokes with fellow artists prior to and whilst interviewing them. See the playlist here

Fallen angels falling below earth’s surface is a reference to hell. The mythology behind this is that an angel, Lucifer fell from heaven after deceiving God and took 1/3rd of the angels with him.

Immortal Technique is saying that this is a fallacy and the Central Intelligence Agency made it up.

Possibly a shot at Montezuma II who was to blame for the reason the Conquistadors successfully invaded parts of the Aztec Empire. It’s not official on how Montezuma died but many believed that his own people had stoned him/beheaded him.

The trigger he’s referring to that you don’t touch is one on a gun, basically he’s saying that the person the line is directed to is soft.
