These following lines are full of juxtaposed ideas. In this case, it shows both the good and bad (yin/yang) of what’s happening in her life – although it’s leaning towards bad, there is some good, or in other words there is some hope.
“Bank note” refers to giving bank notes for more drugs.
“Loose change” is also an allusion to his 2010 EP Loose Change that this track appears on. It could also be taken more literally, as in laying in the streets to beg for loose change.
The loose change is referring to passer-bys giving her their spare change as they feel sorry for her, whereas the more valuable bank notes are often rolled up and used as a straw to snort cocaine through.
What came to me on “Dry house, wet clothes” was that she was indoors and safe for a night, but not making any money and was thus in withdrawals. Sweating is a common symptom.

did you mean juxtaposition..?
When it says “tried to swim and stay afloat” it might be referring to attempted suicide because dead bodies float. Idk know
Try to swim and stay afloat refers to her trying to survive through her harsh circumstances. Dry house indicates that she does not own alot and could also refer to her starving due to not having enough money (people use the teminology that the house is dry if there is not much food). Loose change refers to her not having alot of money after having spent it on drugs. Weary eyes because she is tired after having worked all night selling herself to men. Dry throat refers to her throat literally being dry because of her drug use.
I think loose change portrays being in the street, homelessness and people giving loose change or asking for one.
Uh, pretty sure the title of the EP is an allusion to this song and not the other way around (unless of course Sheeran came up with the title for the EP and then wrote a song to match the it but that seems extremely unlikely)
