As you kill, more and more enemies appear. In this game you dont use potions to increase health, as you kill, the enemies “essence” replenishes your health.
The enemies never really stop coming. You can also engage in side quests but they are really just filler.

The loot in this game is not as good as the loot from previous games. The other games took place a few hundred years before this game takes place

There isnt much in terms of loot in this game compared to previous DS games. Drops usually consist of weapons.

The game is a hack and slash type. The name of the world it takes place in is called Ebb. The Developer of the game is called Obsidian. Obsidian means black. Black is the color of death. The characters manage to kill a whole world worth of people before they’re done. Before they were allowed to fight though, they were kept in seclusion as their skills increased.

He kept descendants of the Legion safe from Kassynder (the person responsible for wiping out the Legion) and, at the beginning of Dungeon Siege III, called them to meet in order to regroup the Legion.
