Dynasty Warriors is a franchise that is solely hack and slash. Its always the same thing. But its fun!

on the PS3 the graphics arent bad. There are games that look much better though.

All of the characters look like they are dressed for a Chinese fashion show with hair to match.

The dialogue is pretty bad and the voice acting isnt much better. But if you liked Kung Fu theater or subtitled kung fu flicks you will not have any problems with it.

The game keeps track of how many people you kill. The numbers are usually quite astronomical. If you added up the amount of people killed by you by the end of the game, it would likely exceed the actual amount of people living in China

Your armies will fight but if you dont help they will lose.

Fighting Lu Bu is usually a lose lose situation. Duck and cover or get your ass whooped.

Lu Bu is the nastiest character in the game. When you face him your character usually defecates on himself. Either that or he dies. Your troops dont even try to engage him because they know.

You can ride a horse in this game. If you do it gives you an advantage against foot bound enemies.

You can play with a friend. Its really just a competition of who mashes buttons in a more efficient manner.
