‘Ballin’‘ is street slang used to describe someone who is living a lavish lifestyle. Although Wiz is not a 'baller’ (a basketball player) nor in anyway associated with the NBA, he is still living lavish.
This might also be a play on word sounds. “NBA” sounds close to “MBA”, a Master of Business Administration. Wiz does not have an accountant keeping track of everyone dime he spends, he spends what he wants(lavish).
This may also allude to Joe Buddens single, NBA. Wiz Khalifa and French Montana where featured on the song.
According to the song, N.B.A. stood for “Never Broke Again.”

By “No NBA” he might be talking about Jay-Z, owner of the Brooklyn Nets. Unlike Jay-Z, Wiz Khalifa is no entrepreneur and has no interest in businesses. As he says through the entire song, he’s just “Gonna spend it all”.

Wiz Khalifa’s dad was in the military, which has the motto Carpe Diem, or “seize the day”. So he is living for the day, just like the motto that his father followed.
This could be a possible reference to Lil Wayne and Birdman’s song, “Stuntin' Like My Daddy” off their joint album, Like Father, Like Son.
This is an obvious statement saying that Cameron is personally grateful to have a figure in his life, who has done nothing but support him through all of his ambitions. Laurance Thomaz has groomed Cameron to having the confidence in his life to achieve everything beyond his wildest endeavors. Not many rappers in the current rap game have had that kind of support. I personally do not believe this is homage to Lil Wayne and Birdman but I also am not Wiz so I can’t say what precisely was going in his head when he wrote that line. Regardless, it is one of the utmost respectful and grateful lines in the current rap game.
