When people are exposed to firearms at a young age, one can become desensitized to the violence they can bring about. There have been a number of shootings in the US where young people and teenagers have killed innocent civilians or children.
He also gives a wordplay as ‘harmed’ could mean ‘armed’ here too.
The earliest example of civilians being slain is the Columbine school shooting and, more recently, the Virginia Tech shooting.
Even more disturbing is the shooting at West Nickel Mines Amish schoolhouse where young children were brutally murdered.
You should also add something to this annotation about how in wars (including ones fought by the US) many civilians and children are killed.
Lupe simply means that in general warfare children and civilians are more harmed than actual soldiers.
The fact that you try to twist into something its not because of your agenda disturbs me.
