This one is track number eight on #JakeLegend2. I think “Who U Tellin'” serves as some of my best lyricism and bars because it flows together so well. Anyway, I’m flexing skills here and showing off a lot of 90’s East Coast influence in the process.

The Coldest lands smack dab in the middle of #JakeLegend2 at track number seven. There is no real plot or storyline to this song; it’s mainly me spitting some of my nicest lines over a beat. The Wu-Tang influence is heavy on this song as well. I was listening to a lot of Wu-Tang Clan when I wrote this mixtape. I think it shows in my bar structure.

On Five is the sixth song on #JakeLegend2. Themes are rather typical on this song for me. I talk about my life, I talk about my goals and I talk about being the greatest all in one. My free-form style is probably at it’s best here given that I tie in all my themes in almost every line on the song.

Live It, the 5th song on #JakeLegend, is the song about a young man living in a state of depression. His life has been hard and that has made him a rather cold-hearted person. It is also the song of a young woman who loves him for his faults but all he can do is hurt her.

Track number two on #JakeLegend2 is another freeverse of me flexing the skills. That’s the basic premise of the Jake Legend series anyway is flexing my skills and showing off a variety of styles. Yes I add substance in there as well, but the majority of these tracks are written to either show off or work on stuff.
