He will ride his dirt bike or ATV down your block while poppin a “wheelie” which puts the bike in a similar position as the hands of a clock when the clock strikes 12

This could also be a reference to the “12 O'clock Boys,” a bike gang from Baltimore that branched out to nearby Philadelphia.

The lead single from Jay-Z’s fifth studio album The Dynasty: Roc La Familia was produced by The Neptunes and features a chorus sung by Pharrell Williams. Shay Haley and Omillio Sparks also made un-credited contributions to the track.

The track was the first Jay-Z single to reach #1 on the Billboard “Hip-Hop/R&B” chart and peaked at #11 on the “Hot 100.”

During a spot on Bill Maher’s talk show Jay revealed the song was based on a true story about events that occurred during the May 4, 2000 birthday party for Kimora Lee Simmons, the ex-wife of Def Jam’s co-founder Russell Simmons.

The chorus samples Rick James' 1981 chart topping dance hit “Give It to Me Baby;” while the first verse samples Biggie’s 1997 track “The World is Filled.”

The line “I just wanna love you” is taken from Rick James' “Give It To Me Baby” as is the refrain below.

During “Ain’t No” this sentiment was more thoroughly dissected:

Ain’t no n— like the one I got
(No one can fuck you better)
Sleeps around but he gives me a lot
(Keeps you in diamonds and leathers)

A relationship is desirable, but only if the woman accepts Jay (or Pharrell) for who they are.

Promise to stay monogamous, I try
But love you know these ho’s be making me weak
Y'all know how it goes B so I stay deep
