Game is so high from smoking marijuana that he hallucinates and sees 4 Cent’s ghost in his car. This may be a nod to Method Man and Redman’s 2001 stoner classic How High—their characters use a dead friend’s ashes to fertilize their weed and then whenever they smoke it his ghost appears.
He’s also referring to the Rolls-Royce Ghost and alludes to its name.
