The word “bruha” is spanish for witch. Ghostface Killah, among many other rappers like to include words in spanish in their rhymes, mainly because of the hispanic cocaine cult heroes, such as Pablo Escobar.
Burning sage is an ancient method used for cleansing. Typically people do it in their home to rid their household of evil intentions and energy, burning sage was very common, when the belief of witchcraft was more widespread.
This line could also have a double meaning. When sage is broken down in to fine powder, it has an uncanny resemblance to kief (marijuana trichomes). So Ghostface could have been talking about rolling up a fat joint/ blunt with kief.
