Saying how he’s seen from years of watching, these young girls and guys go into clubs, looking for a fun time, getting high, having sex, and they’re getting away with it due to fake I.D’s and ignorant people at the clubs who watch over them. It is a big problem across the country as kids are wanting to grow up too fast. They need to slow down and enjoy being a kid.

Hoping that everything he’s teaching will sink in with him, and letting him know that you should not be a pest to someone as it goes with the last line, if you are a pest, no respect

If you don’t love yourself and respect yourself, no one will respect or love you. Plain and simple

Saying that people all deserve respect, no one is any less then anyone else. Everyone deserves different levels of respect however based on their behavior towards you, and other people. And most importantly, you must show respect to yourself. Because if you don’t respect yourself, no one will respect you

First line is obviously, respect people, it’s an important part in life. Second line could mean that he has to collect the money from his job that he would receive from his boss that he should be respecting. It could also mean that he must give respect in order to collect respect for himself.
