Supernova is a massive explosion of stars, outshining the entire galaxy! In comparison to Anilyst, the supernova, other star rappers are just stars that he will outshine and empower.

Therefore, he will nuke the rappers and their lyrics and destroy them. One of the ways a supernova is even triggered is by a sudden re-ignition of nuclear fusion in a degenerated star. Crazy word play!

In all technicality, nothing is as fragile and close to someone than the veins in their own neck. Veins that support the larynx and the pharynx, one’s vocal cords and breathing (both necessary for making such great music). God is just as close to Outlandish, Who is responsible for giving them a life to sing and breathe in. Regardless of Outlandish not having the support from their fans or critics, they know that they have the support of God since all religious beings believe that God never leaves their side.

The repetition of words in the lines mimic some of the well known chapters of the Quran such as Surah Al Falaq:

In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “I take refuge with the Lord of Daybreak.
From the evil of what He created.
And from the evil of the darkness as it gathers.
And from the evil of those who practice sorcery.
And from the evil of an envious when he envies.”

Good deeds that he tries to perform all the time because his faith in Islam is strong. His motivation to do better in life, to live a life full of quality and compassion is due to his love for Allah.

There’s nothing else he appreciates and cherishes more than Allah.

Reference to a miraculous event in Islam that saved the life of the beloved Prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him). When the Prophet was traveling to Medina, Saudi Arabia with his companion Abu Bakr, he was sought by a group of people from Mecca, Saudi Arabia who knew Polytheism was being hurt by the Prophet’s advocacy of the monotheistic religion of Islam. The Prophet and his companion hid in the Ghar Al Thawr aka Cave of Thawr while a spider quickly spun a web over the entrance of the cave at the command of Allah (God in Islam). Therefore, the polytheists did not think to enter the cave because it looked like no one had visited it for a long time.

He wants to educate others, especially the youth of today, about Islam. He finds this to be his calling yet at the same time, he is discouraged because he hasn’t resolved issues within himself. He lacks confidence and pride in himself and instead admits struggling in keeping his faith. (Deen = faith).

He’s getting ready to fight the temptations of this world, the wrong deeds, the wrong path, all made accessible by the devil. Yet, this is not possible since he hasn’t even conquered his own fears and hasn’t fought himself in the sense that he has not resolved his own problems. He is struggling with his own identity, his needs, and wants from this world rather than the world after.

This is one of the lingering themes in the movie, Fight Club. Quite literally as well.
