Wordplay on word Oxypulse which is a measured value indicating the oxygen saturation level in a person. If he is beating the person to death in the previous line, s/he is breathing their last breath. Busta is the taker of her/his life = taker of his breath = taker of his oxygen.
Busta is high on oxycodone, therefore it’s in his bloodstream and he’s charging ie. in his pulse.
“Ock” does not mean oxygen or oxycodone. It’s supposed to be spelled as “ahk” which is short for ahki, which means brother in Arabic. It’s a Muslim word that was adopted decades ago by NY slang to be short for bro. As in, “what up, ahk”
Ock has nothing to do with oxy or oxygen saturation. Mans runs a convenience store and doesn’t want problems with the dudes in his store.
If it’s referring to Oxycodone, it’s related to the next line “don’t want no problem.” Opioids / opiates make people subdued / passive, not ‘charged.’
