He means to say that he’s really experienced with a lot of things that the world started doing later on.

He was a true thug, struggling and resorting to violence in order to survive in a world where he suffered due to economical and social issues. Nowadays, being a thug is portrayed as a style of speaking, dressing, and acting. He is also referring to rappers with fake personalities) who pretend to have lived a life of a thug, when in reality, it’s quite the opposite.

By mashed out, he means to constantly get high and drunk. Nowadays, you have 12 year olds doing the same.

Diplomatic immunity is actually a legal contract between governments insuring the safety and passage of a diplomat in the host country that they are currently in from the country they are being punished/prosecuted from. Lauryn’s actions may be deemed unfit and unlawful where she goes but in the ghetto, she is always given immunity and the freedom to behave whichever way she wants. She’s respected crazily in the ghetto communities.
