“Stay gold Ponyboy!” Stay Gold is a skateboarding video by the skateboarding brand, “Emerica”:
Alchemy (also a skateboard brand) is a process by which lead is turned to gold. (“Stay Gold” is also a 2010 skateboard film.)
The play on words here has to do with the original concept of “alchemy.” People believed that with magic and science you could turn an ordinary object into gold.
Earl cleverly plays off of this definition as well as incorporating a reference to two skateboard companies (and we all know that Odd Future are a bunch of Skate Rats right?)

A play on words, getting “nutted on” means to be ejaculated on and an acorn is a nut of the oak tree. To extend the double entendre further, the “acorn,” in this case, doesn’t fall far from the “tree.”
