Are you understanding everything, do you got me? Rainbow in the Dark by Das Racist

If not, you’ve come to the right place.

You might not have got this line in the song though, because the words “are” and “you” sound like letters.

Tydus
April 26th, 2013

Kool A.D. goes back to his Walkie-Talkie reference. Sometimes while communicating over radio or walkie-talkie static interferes and he is making sure his message (that you are not him) is coming across clearly.

A common phrase used over radio is “do you copy?” which is very similar to what is said here. This could be a play on that, meaning that just because someone copies their style doesn’t mean they are or like them.

Anthrax a real boy like Osama Death Of Rap (D.O.R) by Lil B

Not the only time BasedGod has compared himself to Osama.
B might be talking about this hilarious incident:

LONG BEACH, Calif. — A hazardous materials team was called to the Port of Long Beach in California when a cargo container was found Wednesday spray-painted with the words “Anthrax a gift from Osama,” but nothing was found in the container.

But I didn't cross the line until the bridge hit it, troll Couch by Earl Sweatshirt (Ft. Tyler The Creator)

He was always messed up, but he never went too far until the bridge of this song (the bit between his verse and Earl’s) hit. This is a play on words, as in fairy tales trolls lived under bridges. Nowadays, trolls live on the internet and feed off your rage.

Fuck lame, get it through your brain like dad's dick Kill by Earl Sweatshirt

After you hear this song, it will forever be inside your head, like if you were raped by your father. Clever wordplay, as “getting brain” is also slang for getting blown. Earl is obviously a huge fan of Em’s Relapse, reusing many themes from the album

Earl may also be leading in to a diss of his friend Tyler by referencing Tyler’s tendency to rap about his absentee father

Switchblade and cocaine Kill by Earl Sweatshirt

To test the quality of a shipment of cocaine, the purchaser will cut into it with his knife, and snort a small amount.

Although Supreme doesn’t have a switchblade, they do have a hunting knife (and a switchblade comb).
