Jeezy has followed the Code since he was a teenager (also a play on the name of the rapper Juvenile, whose 4th album is Tha G-Code)

Group of seven was a group of Canadian landscape artists from the 1920s. Drake’s saying if you give him a canvas (i.e. a chance to make art), he’ll be as brilliant an artist as the Group of Seven was. (He could also possibly be saying he’ll take it old school). Drake’s from Toronto, so he’s likely familiar with the Canadian painters.
When he says, “With a canvas, I’m a group of seven”, he is stating that he has the ability to paint a variety of vivid pictures in a variety of different styles for the listener.
