He’s faded off drugs normal druggies don’t/shouldn’t take, most people smoke weed and that’s it, but Abel is known for his consumption of Lean, most notable due to his crew being labelled ‘XO’. But he also refers to cocaine later in the song,

Again, this shows that he is conscious that what he is doing to his body is wrong, but it’s more a part of his lifestyle than an addiction.

He knows he has a gift but can’t quite comprehend the capabilities of this gift, although he does want to see his name in the bright lights because of it.

However, he knows the gift he has, and whatever else it brings to him, will change him, for better or worse

His eyes are bloodshot, from both crying and alcohol/weed/whatever else, and, even though he probably thought getting high would help him relax or forget what she means to him, it hasn’t and he’s too high to keep his emotions and actions in check

To give someone the “Run-Around” is to behave in a promiscuous or fickle manner towards them, so, essentially, she’s been cheating on him, whilst also making him do errands for her.

He really got played by this girl.

He doesn’t feel like he can move, as he’s been caught so off-guard by her breaking up with him.

So he just lays where he was slain, which creates an allusion to a dead body at a crime scene, as they don’t move either

Assuming she broke up with him, he says that it isn’t logical or justifiable for her to break up with him. It’s also said in a childish manner, as if it were all a game……
