I’m still dripping down from my nose

Again, this shows that he is conscious that what he is doing to his body is wrong, but it’s more a part of his lifestyle than an addiction.

This is the sixth track off of Isolation and deals with the everyday pressure I/O feels from his friends and family.

It is very upbeat and poppy, in contrast to a majority of the tape.

His eyes are bloodshot, from both crying and alcohol/weed/whatever else, and, even though he probably thought getting high would help him relax or forget what she means to him, it hasn’t and he’s too high to keep his emotions and actions in check

To give someone the “Run-Around” is to behave in a promiscuous or fickle manner towards them, so, essentially, she’s been cheating on him, whilst also making him do errands for her.

He really got played by this girl.

He doesn’t feel like he can move, as he’s been caught so off-guard by her breaking up with him.

The use of the verb Decay, gives the second line multiple meanings, but the meaning is obvious; he’s mentally deteriorating from the pain he battles everyday, and today he is coming off worse for wear.
