She doesn’t believe that the dude loves her, she knows about her imperfections and thinks it’s bogus (how he apparently thinks about her). This could go two ways:
A: A guy who was in a relationship with her
B: God himself (not Kanye, the Bible deity)

For point B, she can’t believe God still loves her if she’s impure and has so many imperfections, yet he still looks at her as if she’s perfect.

The second line attributes to Point A. God can’t do molly (Just clarifying)

Reefer = weed (specifically); drugs

It is possible that people are in a more honest manner when intoxicated or high, and many Freudian slips occur. So even when the dude is in a honest state and tells her what he supposedly thinks, it’s all bullshit to her in the end. There is no trust between them.

LuzID is amazing at rhyme schemes.

Infinite/Predicament/Imprisonment

Kid/Fit/Hit

Before sex (which now is being adapted at an early age, about 14-16 years of age) one is a virgin. Today, people can associate virginity to not being old enough/“being a pussy”/immaturity etc., or a kid (who’s obviously innocent).

So, that being said, life as a child is way easier. No stress or hassle, the world is viewed more as a brighter place, there are infinite possibilities. Also, difficult moments are way less common (burdens of predicament).

Yet as you grow older and older, life gets worse and harder. These lyrics are basically a reflection of life before and after maturity. It is simple before, and it’s definitely better, but after it’s like you’re basically hit/sent to a prison (imprisonment hit).

Weak boned = fragile or not strong. A nice play on words with heavy weight, adding more meaning to the first line. Both people have shared the struggle, hearts full of pain.

As it has been said,

Actions speak louder than words.

Yet here, she’s saying that she doesn’t think about her actions, they just are, but she is rather careful about what she’s saying, since it can backfire.

Actions are done and leave and effect, solid. Yet words can spread and never end, continuing through eternity.

Social commentary on first line: She sees how people enjoy getting intoxicated with alcoholic beverages at parties and gatherings, leaving them in a state of craziness or slight unconsciousness. Besotted = to be intoxicated. She’s amused at people’s stupidity and irresponsibility by doing this.

People dedicate their bullshit (bobbin, which is a slang word for crap, rubbish, etc.) at her, even when she is in a fragile state such as depression or in hard times. A coffin is a box where a person is put, just as the soul is inserted into a body.

In other words, people ruthlessly mess with her, even when she’s inactive and distant.

Vegetated = a state of mental or physical inactivity
Coffin = death; a time of rest or despair

People have decided to be secular/abandon religion or faith and head their own ways. Not only this, but religious/spiritual people can be viewed negative at times as well (dissing the disciple).

A large sin makes the Bible, a book full of moral discussions, seem bigger or harder to complete. This is because of guilt. The more sins you have and the bigger they are, the more you commit, the different you’ll view the Bible (which goes against this).

This might go with the other line about self-consciousness in females. In order to get “skinny”, women usually skip eating periods, thus not gaining weight, persay. With that, she’s saying she leaves dinner for last or just doesn’t eat at it at all.

Thus the second half of the line, think thicker vital, means two things.
1. Being either thin or thick is vital to your social status and how people view you.
2. You must look a certain way or be a certain weight in order to look perfect and be accepted.

Dim; She’s restating the nature of death, yet she can also be talking about the negative nature of things that take the pain she has away, OR talking about the literal Midol (ibuprofen) which treats physical pain:

When she says her limbs are her idol, this can refer to self-consciousness in women, who often view themselves as unfit or imperfect, so their bodies become their main priority, thus their idols.

As she’s been trying to perfect her body to look better, the results have been delightful.

Nice wordplay with the word rest, using it as death in the second line.

What she’s saying in the first line is that only God knows what she owes from her life, her acts, what she’s done. A spiritual reflection, per-say.

Death just happens. Everyone’s bound to die no matter what.
Death is also unexpected and dim, desolate, transferring your soul to the next dimension (spiritual, that is).

The only promise in life is death – Tupac Shakur

The “text” could refer to the Bible, which is mentioned later. The first five books of the Bible (named the Torah by the Jews) contain commandments which rule how the human life should be managed. Therefor, she’s going her own way (following what she feels inside) other than anything else.

People might know about what your doing (this can go under the theme of gossip), so she’s alerting you to keep what you do either secret or private. A useful tip to avoid people talking behind your back.

The next line talks about people seeing her normally yet they don’t seem to recognize what happens behind the curtains, what she’s going through.

Obvi = shortening of “obviously”
Maestro = another way of saying “bro”
