In the height of the East-West Coast hip hop feud, Ice Cube is saying that East Coast rappers are unfairly dissing the West, even though many West Coast rappers had a lot of influence early on from their earlier East Coast contemporaries, and is defending his coast.

It is no secret that his first solo album, Amerikkka’s Most Wanted, was produced by Public Enemy (a group Ice Cube was/is a fan of) production crew Bomb Squad.
