Editing an album/song details is quite straight forward. You just need to be 100% correct that it needs to be changed for a reason. (Right click, open new tab to see the image on a larger scale)

Important things to note;

  • When editing an album, sometimes multiples exist so be sure to add it to the correct album which has the most work done on it.

  • When you “save” the changes, they won’t go through automatically, refresh the page.

HOW TO TRAIN SOMEONE:

Step 1: Go through their annotation. Accept, edit, reject etc.

Step 2: Send them a friendly message. Included in that message should be the following:

  • What they did well

  • What they need to work on

  • How to work on what’s lacking

  • Give them an example of their OWN work where you show them how easy it is to make dope annotations themselves

  • Tell them not to hesitate to ask you any questions in the future.

  • Send the appropriate links located in this section. That can also assist them.

Step 3: Watch their account, continue to assist them and eventually you should be able to ask a Mod to Editor them if you’ve done your job correctly!

When you edit another Editors or Moderators annotation considerably (more than 30%). PM them about it (or you could write a suggestion under it!)

NOTE This does not include accepting suggestion, only if YOU edit it yourself.

It’s just common courtesy really. When you want to re work a whole annotation, it’s a good idea to ask the person who made it first. You need to remember people are Editors and Moderators for a reason.

He uses a simile to display how hot his rhymes are. Lava is a liquid with temperatures ranging from 700 to 1,200 °C — that’s pretty damn hot!

DO NOT Go round re-setting down votes at your leisure. The only time you should be re-setting down votes is for the following;

  • Someone has spam down voted another users annotations or just that particular song. If you come across this you should contact a Moderator.

  • If the annotation was poor when it was accepted but is now edited and complete.

Check out steps #1 and #2 below. The user passing by thought the first annotation was poor, hence their down vote. However, now as you’ve fixed it — the down vote is no longer valid and should be reset!
