Budden insinuates Drake is afraid of Pusha T, one half of the legendary Virginia duo Clipse. Push has thrown subliminal shots Drake’s way on multiple tracks, beginning with 2011’s “Don’t Fuck With Me,” a freestyle over Drake’s “Dreams Money Can’t Buy.”

The talk don’t match the leather
The swag don’t match the sweaters

Ironically, Drake is a huge Clipse fan—he once bought an autographed Pusha T microphone off eBay.

While Joe is going to “take all the guns,” he only needs half a clip to lyrically dismantle Drake – similar to how it would only take half of Clipse to do the same.

This relates to Drake’s lyrics in 5am New York “I could load every gun with bullets that fire backwards You probably wouldn’t lose a single rapper”. Joe is relating to Drake’s machoness in the song stating if he were to actually prepare for an act of aggression in real life, once the word guns or clips is mentioned he would run off. In retrospect Drake would act like a deserter who is ready to go into battle initially but once he knows what he’s getting himself into he would run away.
