The virus in this song is a metaphor for the music Tech creates. He infects the air waves meaning that the radio and the sounds he creates are the media that spread him causing you to be under his influence.

In the consecutive lines he says that you don’t need any medicine for this because he doesn’t want you to be cured from him and because this virus isn’t actually harmful. He then says that you can also buy this virus voluntarily meaning his records. Midol is a painkiller drug for women marketed for menstrual cramping. He then is going to send you the virus/his music and you can choose your favorite songs to dance to. At the end you’re addicted to him and can’t do anything to reverse that.

The chorus also interpolates Pink Floyd’s Another Brick in the Wall (Part II)
