Christopher Reeve is a deceased actor best known for playing Superman in 1978. He became a quadriplegic in 1995 after injuring his spine in a horse riding accident during an equestrian competition.
Eminem previously alluded to the late actor on “Rain Man,” “Who Knew,” and “Purple Pills.” He also took heavy aim at him on the aforementioned Relapse, during “Medicine Ball,” and “Buffalo Bill.”
“Tip it back” refers to both the time travel, and Marshall tipping the bottle and drinking. He explained he was time travelling in the previous lines, and unearthing his beef with Christopher Reeve has him digging back in time.

This is Joey’s version of an unrequited love song about America. He treats America as a female (Miss Amerikkka) who just doesn’t treat him right.
The “Miss Amerikkka” name stems from the personification of a country’s attitude towards one race and also from the lack of racial diversity in Miss America pageants.
Also Bada$$ is using a similar style of Kendrick Lamar in the song, “u” on To Pimp A Butterfly where he refers to the government as Miss Amerikkka.
