Russia: it used to be ok for me as I’m Russian (I would never recommend non speakers to go there), but it’s highly unpredictable these days. Moscow is the only city I can stand since they have Nobu. I don’t like St Petersburg and provinces are even worse but cold winter is a deal breaker anyway.
