This line is a smart homophone, because of the intonation on the word ‘Flow’.
The second meaning is ‘floor’. This meaning is expanded on when he states that there’s ‘no mopping’. This is an insinuation that his flow is ‘dirty’, much like a floor that doesn’t get mopped.
He believes, that everyone has to work for themselves; he worked hard to gain what he has so far, so he’s not going to pull anyone up with him. The line is a reference to the excellent John Stockton reference, as he is the NBA’s all time leader in assists.
