This is a double entendre.

After two lines of cocaine, Bizarre and the girl he’s with are having anal sex.

After only spitting two bars, the girl has heard enough – she’s convinced Bizarre is the best rapper and wants to have freaky sex with him.

Although he started getting recognition in the early 90’s, Rugged Man released his first album in 2004. He also released his second album 9 years later — he always leaves his fans waiting a long time for his projects. Anyway, these words that R.A. used to describe himself, actually suit Dr. Dre better.

Double Entendre…

His skill is so great that he spits shit powerful enough to raise the dead.
#Zombies!

I think you could also add that the dead he’s raising is the dead rappers, both figuratively dead (like the rappers whose careers are dead that he talks about in the next line) and literally dead (like ‘Pac and Biggie). He raises the dead all the time by keeping their memories alive, being the one to “Carry on Tradition” (from Hip Hop is Dead), etc.

Winking at another person signifies a secret you share with them and could be to ‘say’ it’s time to start doing whatever you conspired to do.
You could also slyly wink at someone to let them know you’re up to something to put them in a state of fear.

Nas is claiming that when infamous rapper Tupac was shot down, he left him with a world full of rappers who are cautious and watch their backs making sure they ‘get’ another rapper before they themselves can be ‘got’.

Tupac’s death was surrounded with conspiracies that Biggie and/or his record label/group had ordered a hit on him. Pac was also cautious after getting shot in an elevator at a studio where Biggie was recording in ‘94.

As mentioned in the line above, he’s broken down and given up – through with waiting, he’s decided to confront her by going to her house.

The “magic soakin' my spine” is two things.

One, he’s very nervous. You know the feeling you get? The tingling in the back of your spine that makes your legs feel like noodles? Yeah, that’s that.

Two, he’s past the point of no return – the “magic” is him being convinced she’ll take him back, all he has to do is confront her and talk to her about it.

Maybe if she sees how much he’s hurting, she’ll take him back for sure.

People going through terrible times always think that better times are ahead – so they wait on something that indicates that those times are coming. A sign.

But sometimes it doesn’t work that way. Sometimes things get worse. And as the wait goes on and on, the persons patience runs out and breaks down, wanting to give up.

Which leads us to the next line….

Rick Ross is delving into some clever wordplay using two different types of food.

Chickens here means cocaine, a drug commonly referred to as birds. In rap you’ll hear the term slangin' birds or flip a bird a lot. Hell, a rapper named himself after it

Anyway, he’s selling cocaine so he can enjoy the high life. Being poor, he is unable to afford the finer things, here the finer things are characterized as “sushi”, a fancy Japaneese food.

Here, Brandon twists the classic, romantic line “I’ll never let you go”. Instead of figuratively holding onto his love, he’s strangling her, making her unable to scream… or breathe, for that matter.

He’s defending his actions by claiming he’s only keeping his word – if she leaves him, that means he has to let go, which is something he promised he’d never do.

When performed live, Brandon Flowers often sings this line “She kicked and screamed while I held her throat”, occasionally even accompanying it with a kind of strangling mime. The line “I took my baby’s breath” in Midnight Show also suggests she was strangled or suffocated.
