“Ghost” is a reference to the Patrick Swayze), where the main character Sam Wheat is killed early on in the movie, turning into a ghost.

It’s also a way of saying that the person he’s battling is going to be left dead afterwards.

In the infamous comedy series, there is an episode where Jerry Seinfeld (a comedian) goes to a hecklers job and heckles them about the way they do their job, as a way of revenge when the heckler heckled him the night before. It’s heckle mania in that episode.

In short: D Lector doesn’t care about how you think he should do things. He’s doing his career the way he wants to.

He’s been through everything, so nothing else really hurts him.

He tears the beat up (goes hard on a song), and it’s so casual to him that while he does it he’s kicked back, smoking and enjoying life.

Danimal Lector, in this song, has characterized himself as his younger self, whom I will refer to as Lil' Lector throughout my explanations.

So (if you believe in the Christian faith), God gave Danimal’s parents a baby, only to eventually take it back.

“In Death, I am born” is a tattoo of Danimal’s, which is a dedication to his older brother that he would have had.

“Stan” is a song by Eminem, centering around an obsessed fan that eventually kills himself and his pregnant girlfriend because he thinks Eminem is ignoring him out of spite.

Also, “I don’t wanna be Slim” is a double entendre:

1. He’s himself, he doesn’t wanna be like anyone else.

2. Danimal is really built, a fact he’s proud of. He doesn’t wanna be like a lot of the other white rappers, who are all fairly thin.
