All the haters have the same mentality
Even though they claim that they don’t like him
they worry about where he goes, his raps, and his source(s) of income

Referring to Jabberjaw’s catch phrase, “No Respect”, the no respect that Biff is probably talking about is the show being in the shawdow of Scooby-Doo (plus known as its knock off) and JabberJaw’s short run.

Set free by the Teen Angels from his prehistoric block of glacier ice, comes the world’s first superhero, Captain Caveman! Now the constant companion to the Teen Angels—Brenda, Dee Dee and Taffy—in their hilarious, and sometimes scary mystery missions. Get ready for Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels!

Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels was yet another Hanna-Barbera “kooky teens solve mysteries with a wacky mascot” cartoon – in this case the “Teen Angels” were a Charlie’s Angels knock-off and the wacky mascot was a defrosted caveman superhero. “Cavey” was a comic klutz figure, speaking in “caveman” dialect (“Me think bad guys over there!”) and crashing at the end of every “heroic” flight.

Captain Caveman was considerably more successful than Jabberjaw, running for three full seasons before the character (minus the Teen Angels) was rolled into the broader Flintstones franchise, first as a Flintstones-ized Superman spoof, later as a fictional television program within the world of the Flintstone Kids cartoon – a cartoon watched by cartoon characters!

Biff is the leader and guitar player for The Neptunes, putting him firmly in the Fred/Mark from Speed Buggy/Corey from Jeannie/Larry from Clue Club slot.

In the “Running Underwater” video, he’s got kind of a regrettably 90s “Smash Mouth” thing going.

Bubbles is pretty much just Melody from Josie and the Pussycats with the serial numbers filed off. Blonde, ditsy, giggly. Plays keyboards.

In the “Running Underwater” video she’s got that 90s indie chick thing going. Schoolgirl skirt, Mary Janes, etc.

Shelley is the Daphne (or perhaps Veronica) of the group – pretty, slightly stuck up. She plays tambourine (back when 70s kid cartoons couldn’t find anything for a girl to do in the band, they just gave her a tambourine.)

In the “Running Underwater” video, she has replaced Clamhead as bassist and has a much more, uh, alternative look.

Rowr.

Clamhead is the bass player for The Neptunes. Clamhead is Jabberjaw’s best friend, and generally fills the “Shaggy” role.

In the “Running Underwater” video, he plays trumpet and wears a fedora instead of a sailor’s cap.

A reference to Curly Howard of the Three Stooges — who Jabberjaw’s speech pattern is obviously based on. This line suggests that, since Howard died in 1952, Jabberjaw is responsible for keeping Howard’s shtick alive.

And this line is sung in harmony by Dan and Liz.
