Webby, like everyone else, strives for the title “Best Rapper Ever”. However, since it really comes down to opinions on who it is, there is not, and never will be a definite GOAT.

This part implies that he is talking about when he is dead, not just taking a break from music. When he does die he wants Hailie to know it was painless and to just smile back at him in heaven.
