T.I. is so good at the dice game craps that he could win even if someone rolls a “hard 4” – meaning they rolled 2 dice and got a 2 for both of them, a pretty good roll.
Hitting a four in the game of dice is unlikely, a hard four is even more unlikely, bucking it is very unlikely. “Buck” means when you roll your point on the first roll. T.I means if you bet against him he will win, even if it appears unlikely. Not only will he hit the four, he will hit it the hard way on the first roll.
