Cudi stated in Complex Magazine’s October/November 2010 issue that at one point that he was doing coke during the day just to cope with reality and have the energy to get through interviews, and then would smoke weed to come down from his coke so people didnt think he was on that.

Cudi sobered up to both but recently went back to weed.
