The mother of his child isn’t upset that he’s dead: he was cheating on her with her sister. Biggie raps about having sex with sisters on “Friend of Mine” when he famously stated:

She’s saying I dissed her ‘cause I’m fucking her sister
A message to the fellas, that really gets them pissed, uh
But she started that fucking family
She fucked my man Dee, so why she mad at me?

Except in Biggie’s case he knows that unlike giving in to a crack addiction, once you succumb to the temptation of suicide the decision’s irreversible

Shout out to Chris Rock’s character in the 1991 film New Jack City. Chris Rock plays Pookie, a pathetic crack addict. The allure of suicide is like the irresistible urge to shoot up crack.

Biggie is realizing that he is actually considering suicide. This is extremely stressful to him, and he just wants to leave to get away from his problems. “Leave” could either refer to leaving the thought of suicide or leaving Earth by killing himself

Also, notice how to beat starts to intensify and build up once he says “The stress is building up”

This is a very disturbing line as far as what it means for Biggie’s mental health. If he really believed his mother wished she had aborted him, the realization that their relationship is that far gone would be extremely depressing

Many gangster rappers try to appear cold and without feelings, but Biggie is clearly depressed about this shit, as any normal human being would be. He uses that emotion to write amazing music, because he probably DID consider suicide over some of this shit, it is really heavy
