Some people (especially ones who are used to straight-forward mainstream rap) sometimes have trouble understanding what Lupe is saying because they are more focused on how good the chorus and the beat is rather than listening to the lyrics

I think this line is a very personal line literally saying that it’s saying. Us listeners won’t understand one of the lines. only his brother understands what he means.

Or maybe it’s even deeper than that. Lupe often says he doesn’t like people revealing his lyrics meaning. So maybe his brother is the only person who really knew all the intended secrets behind his lyrics.
