Cube is making a clever play on Tiger’s name and situation by alluding to him changing his name to Cheetah because he was a cheater, which is heard in how he enunciates “cheater” to sound like “cheetah.”

Since title is in reference to the French idiom of orgasm, when she has her orgasm, she is “dying” from the sexual experience and he wants to scream while she “dies.”
