“Living Dangerously” is a famous dancehall song from Barrington Levy featuring Bounty Killer. It was released as a single in 1995 and was the title track to Levy’s 1998 album, Living Dangerously.

The song is about women who cheat and take advantage of men. Maffew references the song but when he says he’s “living dangerously,” he means that he’s living in the hood and facing the pitfalls of that environment.
