This is a reference to the late 90’s incarnation of rap group, Terror Squad (aka TS), a Bronx, NYC based rap group that featured: Fat Joe, Cuban Link, Big Punisher, Prospect, Armageddon and Triple Seis. The year 1999 was probably the group’s strongest year, a time in which Big Pun was financially and critically successful and Fat Joe’s popularity was beginning to rise.
