A gravel pit is an area where gravel is thrown together. Kinda like a wasteland, but for gravel. Gravel is a type of rock, used variously. Commonly for driveways.
So, this all relates to Meth in this way.
Whenever Meth has sex, he rocks the bed. This is commonly associated with being good in bed. He uses a gravel pit as a way to relate it to his penis. When a penis gets an erection, it gets hard. He’s saying his dick is as hard as a rock.
