Lynching is the act of hanging someone by their neck in a sudden snap such that the victim both denied of air and also has his spinal column snap at his neck. The idea idea is what would break first: their neck or their chain. Depending on how you want to take this line, it also implies that they’re being lynched by their chain, and hints that the chain might be fake, hence it snapping.

As opposed to stealing the rappers jewels, the goal is to take away their voice box, i.e render them incapable of speaking. Although not initially intended, it does serve to reference taking away their popularity.

It is in reference to MC’s, or rappers, who fake a persona when making music but it is far from the reality in which they live. In this case, I’ve also extended the concept to fit fake MC’s (in comparison to rappers)
