“English” is a language in itself… But we have words from such languages as German, French, Spanish and the like. Most of our words are in fact latin in origin. This loose “borrowing” has been likened metaphorically to the whorish sexual escapades of a very promiscuous woman. That being said, Delilah, in the Bible, was known as a VERY promiscuous woman, as she was a prostitute. We have so nicknamed the English Language “Delilah,” because they have many, many things in common.

As with real females in the same situation, the blame can logically be cast on her, because the only things people can do to you are the things you allow them too, and her lenience has thrown her in a hole far too deep.

The structure of the language as changed since being influenced by other languages. She used to be the only thing on his mind, but now she’s (metaphorically) not even an original thing, anymore.

METAPHORIC

We all have met that chick that’s down to smash with you, but is down to smash the WHOLE TEAM and the SISTER of some other guy. In this regard, this can be interpreted as other rappers, poets, and writers, possibly knowing more about her (the language) than Bobby, or just the fact that so many other languages influence her.
