All of the mentioned people appeared on at least one Rawkus compilation, such as the Soundbombing record, which featured tons of dope emcee’s & producers.

In this dream/astral experience, Bis was hit by lightning thus scarring his arm & removing the tattoo of a mic he has there.
The mic tattoo comes from his beef with LL Cool J, they collaborated on a song, In Canibus' verse he wrote “L, is that a mic on your arm? Let me borrow that”
It was meant to be a homage type of thing but LL took offense to it & dissed him on that song with his verse.

The tattoo for Bis represents his battle with LL/career, the removal of the tattoo could mean that Bis has gotten over the beef or that Hip Hop in general is recognizing him for his music now.
