A ideia é que ao organizar seus pensamentos, suas metas e ideais na cabeça, você se torna capaz de mudar tudo o que considera errado, de desorganizar o sistema vigente.

D2 is making a reference to Chico Science, who was the lead singer of brazilian band “Nação Zumbi” (translated “Zombie Nation”).
More specifically, the reference is to the song “Da Lama Ao Caos” (translated “From Mud to Chaos.”):

The idea is that once you organize your thoughts, your goals and ideals in your own mind, you are able to change everything that feels wrong, able to disorganize the current system.

Also out of Outside pt. 1, these lines just reveal that Trey has everything set right for the time they will spend together, and she doesn’t have to worry about anyone watching them.

At the end of this line, there’s an abrupt change, as the sample is “cut off”.
Now we actually leave Outside and start Inside, only so Trey can explain how she’ll do this girl outside.

This song is the continuation of Outside pt. 1, and these lines as well as the rest of the intro come right from it.

Despite the song’s name being “Inside”, he’s fucking this girl outdoors, and by “morning dew” he means the moist grass outside.

Of course ‘morning dew’ is also slang for the female counter part of the men’s ‘morning wood’: when the woman wakes up ready for action.

Trey got out of the hood and made into success and into girls' minds. So, he showed people the way to do it… Some haters instead of enjoying this and using Trey’s path as guidance for their own are just complaining and making it hard for everybody…

He’s tying this with the whole Obama deal.
The man’s trying to make changes even though its tough – to fix the paths and the roads to success. But people are blaming him for the problems America have, while he is trying to change it. And now they want him gone. They are creating more pot holes, instead of helping the guy fix the ones that already exist.

He’s focusing on trying to get paid, and as we all know, whenever people try to do big all the haters come out and try to stop them… Nothing different with Trigga.

And yet again, the ladies are choosing him over the haters… He’s all they can think of.

And well, he might as well get some brain while being on her brain.

Just saying.

If Trey could, he would help these guys, make them tougher, make them overcome whatever in life is pushing them down. And while that happens they don’t have to listen to anybody else… Trey made it, he’s got a path defined to success already, fuck what society and other people think is “the right way”, “the plan”.
