I guess this also qualifies as ‘hood love’, although when Trey first shared his feelings about it, it was a different matter.
See, he’s a nice guy, and he’s repping his roots… If he could make the whole hood shine he would. If only he could get people that have hard times in their lives to possess what he has – and therefore, what they see when they catch his videos or performances- he really would.
You could also see this line as just a wish to at least give a chance to the people that are known as hard workers and real strugglers.

Trey has actually put that thought into motion when he founded the Angels with Heart Foundation in 2010, in an effort to engage his fans – aka the Trey’s Angels – in acts to give back to their communities and other random acts of charity.

Continuing the thought from the previous line, he’s working hard to keep his top spot, so if someone is down to take his place, the’ll have to work at least as hard as him…
But he already lives at the top, and he’s not sharing his spot.

He’s an artist, so the tour life has him hopping from city to city – some that he had never been before, that he has no connection with. This means lot of different skylines in short periods of time… His bound to feel a little dizzy and disoriented from time to time.
But it is in these cities that he does important things – shows, meeting with sponsors, big figures in the game – and therefore sees a lot of different faces.

Trigga ain’t got no lean in his cup, well mixed or not. Because you know, it could be purple, it could be pink, depending on how you mix that shit, you feel me?

Nevertheless, the man is not in what we would call a right state of mind.

Not only is Trey battling for his money he’s getting it…
And with an estimated net worth of $10 million dollars, he’s surely not talking baby money.

And just like his friend Drake, he’s not very into savings accounts and is aware that the money will stay in Earth when he passes away… If he doesn’t blow it all first.
