This line is a double innuendo to Celebs who take the "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge" for fame. It's not a challenge when you're already privileged and benefiting from the publicity more than the cause is.

It can also be a double entendre to mean that it's not a challenge when you are already a "cold emcee", meaning heartless and having no emotion when writing lyrics. You have no mercy.
