Ovulating is the expulsion of an egg from the ovaries. He is comparing the track to the eggs, and his rhymes are busting (jizzing) on the track. Life starts at conception, like their songs come to life through their rhymes.

Slaughterhouse is metaphorically loading their pens with lead (ammunition), because they are killing every beat they hop on. Its like their shooting down their competition with their rhymes.

And the literal meaning, they use the lead in pencils when they write their rhymes.

Joe is saying that he is not a fake or phony rapper who copies other rappers styles or flow, or uses gimmicks. He keeps it 100% authentic.
